All workouts are very pelvic floor concious with constant reminders when to breathe so that you protect your pelvic floor.

What nutrition tweaks YOU can make easily. How we can improve YOUR confidence and self belief. There is so much information available to us about fitness, nutrition and lifestyle that it can often feel overwhelming because it seems there is so much that needs changing and no clear idea of where to start.
